Not a blame list — these drivers move your whole fleet's score (and saving) the most. A short coaching chat goes a long way.
People, not vehicles. A new driver claims the driver app, lands unassigned, and hands you their driver ID — file them into your fleet here. Ratings are per person and per ride; a dash means nothing has been measured yet, not a bad score.
The score an insurer can band a premium on. Every figure is a rate with its denominator, so a busy taxi is not punished for being busy — and a parked one earns nothing. A vehicle under 50 km shows no score at all rather than a flattering one.
